An independent insurance agent looking for part-time/full time office/sales assistant for home office in Scottsdale.
Qualifications: This position requires general office administration experience including intermediate computer skills. The ideal candidate will posses well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Must be friendly, responsible, reliable and customer service oriented *Hours are slightly flexible, however, the ideal candidate will be able to work 5 hour shifts 3-4 days each week between 8am-3pm (approximately 15-30 hours per week) *Takes initiative and proactive *Effective problem solving skills *Experience in marketing/sales *Job requires some cold calling *Set client meetings *Make follow up calls to interested prospects **Minimum 2 years applicable experience *Prepare paperwork for clients (legible handwriting preferred) *Use of computer to download forms and update information on company website
Location: Scottsdale Compensation: Competitive salary. ($12 - $20 per hour) + monthly bonus up to $500/month (based on performance
