We need honest, dependable sub contractors who can complete grass cuts, lock changes, occupancy checks, trash outs, sales cleans and other preservation/rehab task. A VERY IMPORTANT ASPECT of this business is to take before, during/action, and after shots of all work performed and debris/damages on each property visited. Must have good computer skills and be able to email/upload results with complete documentation/photos of all properties. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and have good references.
