If you ever thought about real estate investing but didn’t want to do it because:

Consider me investing in properties 50/50 with me. I am a real estate broker, EXPERIENCED real estate investor (20 years), millionaire, have property mgt lined up, understand the tax code (Tax Preparer formal training), degree in Business, and a rehab business…basically I have the full system except the ever deep pockets (e.g. financing). I invest $1 YOU INVEST $1. We make $10—you get 5 and I get 5. Why am I doing this? I may be a millionaire but that doesn’t mean much when you see 20 good deals a month but can only buy 3 of them.
